JetCol Sublimation Paper

On average JetCol Sublimation paper uses 16 Milli-Liter per square meter.  Ink usage can vary between between 10 and 20 Milli-Liter depending on the ink density you want to transfer.  Please note that our JetCol HTR-4000 paper can transfer more ink than standard sublimation paper and you can print very bright colors.

Presently BASF sublimation ink sells for $175.00 per Liter.

The ink cost per square meter is 16 Milli-Liter x $0.175 = $ 2.80

One roll of JetCol-HS is 1.62 meter wide and 120 meter long has an ink transfer of 95%

The ink cost to print one roll of JetCol-HS is 120 x 1.62  x  $ 2.80 = $ 544.32

The cost to achieve a similar result with regular sublimation paper requires 29 Milli-Liter of sublimation ink per square meter and will cost  120 x 1.62 x 29 x $0.175 = $ 986.54

Therefore $ 442.26 will be saved if one roll of JetCol-HS is printed instead of regular sublimation paper.
